Why We Exist
We've seen the same pattern play out with large agencies: senior strategists pitch the account, then hand it off to someone with 18 months of experience. Waymaker is the opposite of that model. We're a two-person team by design, not by circumstance. We take fewer clients, go deeper on each account, and do the actual work ourselves. That's why he founded Waymaker: to deliver the strategic, results-focused PPC partner he always wished he had. Ryan personally leads strategy, campaign architecture, and hands-on optimization for brands. You'll work directly with him: the same person you'll have on your strategy calls and the one optimizing your campaigns the next morning.
Wes Fox
Chief Technology Officer
Wes handles the engineering side of PPC — feed optimization, conversion tracking architecture, data pipeline setup, product velocity tags, and platform integrations. He builds the infrastructure that makes campaigns perform: clean data in, accurate measurement out. If your tracking is broken, your feed is a mess, or your attribution model doesn't reflect reality, this is who fixes it.
